When you subscribe to iMobileMail™ service from Viamatrix, we collect some personal information to allow us to fulfill your order and provide customer support. This information may include your name, phone number, and email address.

By using the iMobileMail™ Service, you may retrieve email from your existing POP3 or IMAP email accounts with third party services. When you setup Accounts under iMobileMail™ and retrieve your email messages, your email addresses and other information associated with such accounts will be transmitted via Viamatrix's servers. Although information on such email accounts is not stored on Viamatrix's servers, email messages content may be stored on the servers until you choose to delete such messages from iMobileMail™.

How is this information used?
Only Viamatrix has access to the information. We will not disclose your private information to any third party for any purpose without your consent. Viamatrix collects and uses the information to (a) process or collect payments, (b) operate and deliver the iMobileMail™ service, (c) to assist you with questions about use of the iMobileMail™ Service, and (e) to notify you of important information such as new products, software upgrades, changes to the service, promotions and other information.

How is the information safeguarded?
Viamatrix takes reasonable steps to guard your personal information. For example, information transmitted between your wireless device and our servers via iMobileMail™ is automatically encrypted for your protection. Viamatrix also restricts access to your personal information to authorized employees only. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of your data will not occur, we work hard to prevent such occurrences.
